Date Confirmed

After talking to Mr. Gannon and Andrew we have reached a date to host our meet. It will be held on saturday May 19th. Now that we have a confirmed date we can finish finalizing things. These week we plan on getting flyers made up to help advertise the event. For food our community blogger, Josh, said that he can get into contact with the owner of Rossis and pass our message along. Equipment wise we are all good, we are using the schools weightroom. We just need to find some volunteers to help be judges for the event. Nick, Andrew, and I will help judge. We plan on getting a few more though. Also we have started talking about prizes for the event, possibly money or just trophies. Were coming close but there is still a lot of work to be done.
